Tim will advise you of the full cost, including postage and packing and will request that you send him a cheque, drawn on a UK bank, for the full cost. As a guide, a copy ordered for delivery to a UK address will cost about £13, including post and packing. On receipt of your cheque, the order will be placed with the printers who will despatch the book to the address you give. Orders can be placed at any time in the next two years, until January, 2010.
